Who we are
Paramount Builders LLC ("we," "us") is a Connecticut restoration contractor (CT HIC #0665388) located at 839 Marshall Phelps Rd STE 6, Windsor, CT 06095. This policy describes how we handle information collected through paramountrestoration.net and when you contact us.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, and details about your property or project when you submit our estimate form, call, or email us.
- Job documentation: if we perform work for you, we collect photos and moisture/measurement data about the work area as part of providing restoration services and documenting insurance claims.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type to operate and secure the site. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages, links, and buttons are used; it sets first-party cookies (named _ga) and does not store full IP addresses. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who processes it for us
Your information is stored and handled only by systems under our control and the service providers that run them: Vercel (website hosting and form delivery), Google Workspace (company email), Google Analytics (site usage statistics), and Supabase (our customer records database). Each is bound by its own security and privacy terms and receives only what is needed to provide the service.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and job records for seven years to meet tax, licensing, and insurance-claim requirements, then delete or anonymize them. If you contact us but we never perform work for you, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, provide estimates, schedule, and perform restoration services.
- To document work for you and, where applicable, for your insurance claim.
- To communicate about your project by phone, email, or text message (SMS) at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting.
- Job photos may be used in our marketing (website, social media, business listings) only where a photo release has been signed, and never with names, addresses, or identifying details.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to perform the work (for example, your insurance carrier or claim administrator at your direction), or as required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information, or to stop marketing use of any photo of your property, by emailing info@paramountrestoration.net or calling (860) 251-9301.
